The RV-E reducer includes a patented two-stage reduction design, which can provide greater torque, as well as a high reduction ratio and high impact load resistance under the premise of ensuring high precision and light weight. The RV-E reducer uses a unique pin tooth and RV gear structure with a cycloidal design of rolling contact parts to reduce wear, extend service life, and reduce backlash, making it more resistant to impact than traditional reducers, and further reduce backlash.

The reducer is also equipped with a set of large internal angle bearings to achieve greater load capacity in order to reduce the need for external support equipment-thereby reducing design time and installation costs. The actual symmetrical gear design and all shafts supported by ball bearings guarantee constant performance during the service life and allow the peak value to reach 5 times the rated torque in a short time (for example, during an emergency stop).
